"Evaluation committee"

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "evaluation committee" refers to a group of individuals who are: (1) employed by the department; (2) responsible for evaluating proposals; and (3) responsible for choosing not more than three (3) proposals with the highest scores to be considered by the selection panel.
