Inferior construction; permission by inspectors; offense

Sec. 3. An inspector who knowingly permits: (1) construction of a highway contrary to the specifications; (2) the use of inferior materials not provided for in the specifications; or (3) the use of a lesser amount of materials than provided for in the specifications; commits a Level 6 felony.
