Sec. 2. Supplies that are expended at the same time they are used are excluded from the inventory requirements of this chapter. A record of the supplies that are expended at the same time they are purchased or used shall be maintained and a copy showing all purchases made during the previous three (3) months shall be furnished quarterly to the budget committee.
