Federal aid; crediting

Sec. 7. All sums received from the government of the United States and any agency or department thereof as federal aid for aviation purposes except sums received by municipalities under IC 8-21-8-1 (c)(2) shall be credited to the department by the state comptroller and shall be used in accordance with federal laws and regulations and the laws of this state.
