Sec. 10.2. (a) Any person not meeting the qualifications of section 10.1 of this chapter who uses a provisional aircraft landing site, which has not been issued a certificate of approval from the department, for agricultural application or helicopter operations commits a Class B infraction. (b) Any person who operates a lighter-than-air aircraft in violation of section 10.1 of this chapter commits a Class B infraction.
