Disclosures concerning motor vehicle insurance coverage

Sec. 4. A DNC shall, before the DNC allows a DNC driver to engage in delivery services on the DNC's digital network, disclose in writing to the DNC driver all the following: (1) The motor vehicle insurance coverage, including the types of coverage and limits of liability for each type of coverage, that the DNC provides while the DNC driver uses a personal vehicle in connection with a DNC's digital network. (2) That the terms of the DNC driver's own motor vehicle insurance policy may not provide coverage during the: (A) delivery available period; or (B) delivery service period.
