Sec. 5.2. "Delivery available period" means the period of time when a DNC driver is: (1) logged on to a digital network; (2) available to receive requests to provide delivery services from a DNC; (3) operating a personal vehicle; and (4) not providing delivery services or operating in the delivery service period.
