Sec. 2. The supervisor has general supervision of the maintenance and repair of all highways, bridges, and culverts of the county that are maintained or repaired from the highway fund of the county. Formerly: Acts 1933, c.27, s.2. As amended by P.L.86-1988, SEC.107.
