Sec. 3. Any county may enter into a contract of lease under the provisions of this chapter with any (profit or not-for-profit) corporation organized under the laws of the state or duly admitted to do business in the state. Formerly: Acts 1975, P.L.92, SEC.2. As amended by P.L.86-1988, SEC.25.
