Sec. 0.1. The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows: (1) The addition of section 1.1 of this chapter by P.L.116-1989 applies to all accounts receivable that are found to be uncollectible on July 1, 1989, and to accounts that are found to be uncollectible after June 30, 1989. (2) The amendments made to section 5 of this chapter by P.L.133-2007 apply only to public works contracts entered into after June 30, 2007.
