Use of funds for matching federal or local money

Sec. 12. Funds in the distressed road fund may be appropriated to the Indiana department of transportation to maintain a working balance in accounts established primarily to facilitate the matching of federal and local money for highway projects.   IC 8-14-9 Chapter 9.
