Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "local bridge" means a structure that: (1) is designed to carry vehicular traffic over or under an obstacle to the normal flow of traffic, including any grade separation, culvert, or approach to a bridge; and (2) is located on a public road in a county highway system that is not part of the federally aided highway system.
