Indiana Code § 8-1-8.9-7

"Qualified order" defined

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "qualified order" means a final and irrevocable order that: (1) is issued by the commission; and (2) approves a qualified contract adopted in accordance with this chapter and IC 8-1-2-42.1 .
