Indiana Code § 8-1-32.4-9

"Provider of last resort"

Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "provider of last resort" means a provider that: (1) holds a certificate of territorial authority issued by the commission; and (2) is required to offer local exchange service throughout a defined geographic area.
