Sec. 10. As used in this chapter, "system integrity collar" means a dollar amount that is equal to the product of: (1) an eligible utility's authorized revenues; multiplied by (2) two hundredths (0.02). An eligible utility's system integrity collar is satisfied when the eligible utility's cumulative excess or deficit equals or exceeds the eligible utility's system integrity collar.
