Sec. 1.6. (a) As used in this chapter, "sewage treatment provider" means a legal entity that provides only sewage treatment service to a not-for-profit sewage disposal company. (b) As used in this chapter, "sewage treatment recipient" means a not-for-profit sewage disposal company that receives sewage treatment service from another legal entity.
