Sec. 75. Upon application of any person, the commission shall furnish certified copies, under the seal of the commission, of any order made by it, which shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the order. Formerly: Acts 1913, c.76, s.87. As amended by P.L.136-2018, SEC.46.
