Sec. 2. (a) Except as provided in section 6 of this chapter, it is unlawful for a person to sell, dispense, give away, furnish, or supply or serve to a person, an alcoholic beverage, from a container other than the original container in which the liquor was contained at the time it was purchased by the seller, dispenser, giver, or person serving it. (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.
