Sec. 0.1. The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows: (1) The amendments made to sections 18, 20, and 21 of this chapter by P.L.204-2001 supersede 905 IAC 1-41-2(c), as in effect on January 1, 2001. (2) The amendments made to section 11.5 of this chapter by P.L.204-2001 apply only to applications submitted after June 30, 2001. Applicants who submit an application before July 1, 2001, must comply with section 11.5, as appropriate, as the provision was effective at the time the application was submitted. (3) The addition of section 16.1 of this chapter by P.L.72-2004 applies to an application for a permit received after June 30, 2004.
