Separate and distinct type of certificate

Sec. 9. A supplemental cigar sales certificate, for purposes of this title, shall be considered a separate and distinct type of certificate. A supplemental cigar sales certificate does not affect the rights, privileges, and restrictions applicable to a tobacco sales certificate.   IC 7.1-3-19 Chapter 19.
