Sec. 12. (a) In the case of a program approved under IC 7.1-3-1.6 , this section applies only to an individual providing the assistance described in IC 7.1-3-1.6-6 (6). (b) A person who trains alcohol servers without a trainer certificate under this chapter commits a Class B infraction.
