Application of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the following: (1) A town having a population of more than nine thousand (9,000) located in a county having a population of more than seventy-one thousand (71,000) and less than seventy-nine thousand (79,000). (2) A town having a population of less than one thousand (1,000) located in a county having a population of more than forty thousand (40,000) and less than forty-three thousand (43,000). (3) A town having a population of more than thirty thousand (30,000) located in a county having a population of more than one hundred seventy-four thousand (174,000) and less than one hundred eighty thousand (180,000). (4) A town having a population of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) and less than thirty thousand (30,000) located in a county having a population of more than one hundred seventy-four thousand (174,000) and less than one hundred eighty thousand (180,000). (5) A town having a population of more than twenty thousand (20,000) and less than twenty-five thousand (25,000) located in a county having a population of more than one hundred seventy-four thousand (174,000) and less than one hundred eighty thousand (180,000). (6) A city having a population of more than eleven thousand nine hundred (11,900) and less than twelve thousand (12,000).
