Sec. 8. (a) On or before November 1 of each year, the department must submit a report to the interim study committee on roads and transportation established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 . (b) The report described in subsection (a) must: (1) be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 ; and (2) contain information concerning pilot program activity during the preceding state fiscal year.
