Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "disaster emergency" means the following: (1) A disaster emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-12 . (2) A state of energy emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-13 . (3) A local disaster emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-29 . (4) A request by a registered business for disaster or emergency assistance under a mutual assistance agreement.
