"Individual package"

Sec. 3. Unless the context requires otherwise, "individual package" shall mean and include every individual packet, box, or other container used to contain or to convey cigarettes to the consumer. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.222, s.3. As amended by Acts 1980, P.L.60, SEC.1; P.L.191-2016, SEC.2.
