Sec. 0.1. The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows: (1) The amendments made to section 7 of this chapter by P.L.33-1990 apply to vehicles registered after December 31, 1990. (2) The addition of section 7.3 of this chapter by P.L.33-1990 applies to vehicles registered after December 31, 1990.
