Sec. 3. (a) The Indiana board may, by written order, appoint administrative law judges. (b) An administrative law judge may conduct any hearing that the Indiana board is required by law to hold. In the written order by which the Indiana board appoints an administrative law judge, the board shall prescribe the duties of the position. The Indiana board may have different administrative law judges simultaneously conduct numerous hearings.
