Duties of designating body

Sec. 8. If a designating body proposes to designate a zone, the designating body shall either: (1) prepare maps and plats that identify the proposed brownfield revitalization zone; or (2) prepare a simplified description of the boundaries of the brownfield revitalization zone by describing its location in relation to public ways, streams, or otherwise.
