Frequency of meetings; record of proceedings; applicability of the open door law

Sec. 9. The board shall meet at least annually. However, the board may meet more frequently if the members of the board determine that additional meetings are necessary. The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and its orders. IC 5-14-1.5 (the open door law) applies to the board's meetings.
