Indiana Code § 5-35.7-7-2

"Nonpublic contract"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "nonpublic contract" means a contract that is entered into without solicitation of proposals or competitive procurement. However, the term does not include a contract entered into under the following: (1) IC 5-22-10 . (2) IC 4-13.6-5-5 (Emergency conditions). (3) An agreement or contract described in IC 31-25-4-13.1 .
