Indiana Code § 5-28-40-1

"Eligible small business"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "eligible small business" means a business entity that: (1) is authorized to transact business in Indiana; (2) maintains a majority of its business operations within Indiana; and (3) employs not more than one hundred fifty (150) persons.
