Sec. 2. (a) The corporation shall: (1) establish a close working relationship with film industry representatives in the United States and abroad, if appropriate; (2) coordinate locational activities in Indiana; (3) provide liaison activities during actual film production; (4) perform all appropriate research and background work related to the determination of film industry plans and requirements; and (5) establish an aggressive promotional and informational effort designed to attract film producers to Indiana. (b) The corporation and its staff members may work closely with other agencies of state government or with any other individual, institution, or group to accomplish the responsibilities enumerated in subsection (a).
