Prohibition against acceptance of central bank digital currency

Sec. 1. A governmental body may not: (1) accept payment made with a central bank digital currency; or (2) require payment to be made with a central bank digital currency; for any service, tax, license, permit, fee, information, or other amount due the governmental body.
