Sec. 4.8. "Invasion of privacy" means conduct that constitutes: (1) an offense under IC 35-46-1-15.1 (invasion of privacy); (2) an offense under the laws of: (A) the United States; (B) another state; or (C) an Indian tribe; that is substantially similar to an offense described in subdivision (1); or (3) an attempt or conspiracy to engage in conduct described in subdivision (1) or (2); regardless of whether the conduct results in criminal prosecution or whether the person who engages in the conduct is an adult.
