Government requests for information regarding public facility projects

Sec. 1. A governmental body may issue a request for information for any of the following purposes: (1) To consider the factors involved in, the feasibility of, or the potential consequences of a contemplated project involving a public facility. (2) To prepare a request for proposals. (3) To evaluate any aspect of an existing public-private agreement and an associated public facility.
