Indiana Code § 5-22-24-1

"Governmental entity"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "governmental entity" means: (1) the state (as defined in IC 22-6-6-7 ); (2) a county; (3) a municipality (as defined in IC 36-1-2-11 ); (4) a township (as defined in IC 36-1-2-22 ); (5) a redevelopment commission; (6) a community development corporation (as defined in IC 4-4-28-2 ); and (7) a public-private entity created by any form of government.
