Indiana Code § 5-22-16.5-11

Person on list; nonresponsible; removal of nonresponsible designation

Sec. 11. (a) Except as provided in section 12 of this chapter, a person that is placed on the list is considered nonresponsible for purposes of: (1) submitting an offer in response to a solicitation; (2) submitting a bid, offer, or proposal relating to a public works project; or (3) otherwise entering into or renewing a contract to provide supplies or services; with the state or a political subdivision.       (b) Except as provided in section 12 of this chapter, a person's status as nonresponsible under this chapter ends when the person's name is removed from the list.
