Sec. 4. A tribal police officer with police powers may: (1) make an arrest; (2) conduct a search or a seizure of a person or property; (3) carry a firearm; and (4) exercise other police powers with respect to the enforcement of Indiana laws. Nothing in this section affects the authority of a tribal police officer to enforce tribal laws.
