Indiana Code § 5-2-17-3

Law enforcement agency receiving report of missing person

Sec. 3. A law enforcement agency receiving a report of a missing: (1) child less than eighteen (18) years of age shall comply with the requirements of IC 31-36-2 ; (2) endangered adult (as defined in IC 12-7-2-131.3 ) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18 ; or (3) veteran at risk (as defined in IC 12-7-2-197.3 ) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18 ; in addition to the procedures described in this chapter.
