Law enforcement agency to report child under 18 found at methamphetamine lab

Sec. 4. A law enforcement agency that discovers a child less than eighteen (18) years of age at a site used for the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance (as defined in IC 35-48-1.1-7 ) shall notify the department of child services.   IC 5-2-16 Chapter 16.
