Indiana Code § 5-2-11-1.6

"Local coordinating council"

Sec. 1.6. As used in this chapter, "local coordinating council" means a countywide, collaborative citizen body that is open to the public and approved by the Indiana commission to combat substance use disorder established by IC 4-3-25-3 to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate local comprehensive community plans.
