Sec. 2. The state drug free communities fund is established to promote comprehensive alcohol and drug abuse prevention initiatives by supplementing state and federal funding for the coordination and provision of treatment, education, prevention, and criminal justice efforts. The fund consists of amounts deposited: (1) under IC 33-37-9-4 ; and (2) from any other public or private source.
