Sec. 1. This chapter does not: (1) affect, modify, or amend a collective bargaining agreement or employment agreement or contract executed or renewed before July 1, 2025; and (2) apply to the reimbursement of law enforcement employment and training costs by an individual under an employment contract entered into under IC 5-2-1.6 .
