Sec. 7. The information under section 6 of this chapter regarding a board's appointed officers shall be: (1) published on: (A) the board's website, if any; or (B) the appointing authority's website, if any; or (2) published on the Internet through the computer gateway administered by the office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1 , if the board or appointing authority does not have a website.
