Data owner responsibilities

Sec. 16. (a) This section applies to a data owner only if an Indiana statute requires the data owner to submit government data to a website owner.       (b) A website owner may require the data owner to submit the government data in an electronic format on a prescribed form.       (c) A data owner shall include a link on the data owner's website to the website of the website owner to which the data owner is required to submit government data.   IC 5-14-3.5 Chapter 3.5.
