Plaintiff's right of recovery

Sec. 4. In any action brought under this article, the plaintiff shall be entitled to recover, in addition to the amount misappropriated, diverted, or unaccounted for, all such examination costs and penalties and interest as might be recoverable under laws other than this chapter.
