Indiana Code § 5-10.2-9-32

Sec. 32. This chapter expires on the earliest of the following: (1) Twelve (12) months after the date the government of Sudan halts the genocide in Darfur as determined by the Congress of the United States and the United States Department of State. (2) The date the United States revokes its current sanctions against the government of Sudan. (3) The date Congress or the President of the United States, through legislation or executive order, declares that mandatory divestment of the type provided for in this chapter interferes with the conduct of foreign policy for the United States. (4) The date Congress or the President of the United States declares that the government of Sudan: (A) has honored its commitments to cease attacks on civilians; (B) demobilizes and demilitarizes the Janjaweed and associated militias; (C) grants free and unfettered access for deliveries of humanitarian assistance; and (D) allows for the safe and voluntary return of refugees and international displaced persons.
