Public finance director; powers and duties

Sec. 6. The governor shall appoint the public finance director, who serves at the pleasure of the governor. The public finance director shall: (1) administer, manage, and direct the affairs and activities of the authority and the employees of the authority in accordance with the policies and under the control and direction of the members of the authority; (2) approve all accounts for salaries, allowable expenses of the authority or of any employee or consultant, and expenses incidental to the operation of the authority; and (3) perform other duties as may be directed by the members of the authority in carrying out the purposes of the referenced statutes.
