"Bond"

Sec. 4. "Bond", for purposes of IC 5-1.2-16 , means any: (1) bond or mortgage credit certificate for which it is necessary to procure volume under the volume cap under Section 146 of the Internal Revenue Code; or (2) bond or other obligation for which a special volume cap is authorized under a federal act.
