Sec. 4. (a) The attorney general may execute a data sharing agreement with the: (1) department of state revenue; (2) office of the secretary of family and social services; (3) bureau of motor vehicles; and (4) department of workforce development. (b) The state Medicaid fraud control unit may analyze and review data received under subsection (a) to carry out its duties under section 1.5 of this chapter.
